About Stephen Fromme

Stephen Fromme is a seasoned professional with a diverse and impactful career spanning finance, mortgage banking, and elder care advocacy. He graduated from Albright College in 1987 with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. Early in his career, Stephen worked at Actuarial Sciences, a subsidiary of AT&T, where he specialized in Employee Benefit Plans and earned the prestigious Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School of Business.

In 1992, Stephen transitioned to mortgage banking, where he excelled for 20 years, working with prominent mortgage lenders. His exceptional contributions earned him recognition as a Distinguished Mortgage Consultant and the honor of being a two-time President’s Club member, ranking among the top 20 Mortgage Consultants nationwide. During this time, Stephen helped countless families achieve the dream of homeownership.

Inspired by his personal experience of caring for a grandmother diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Stephen discovered his passion for advocating for seniors. This life-changing experience led him to the elder care industry, where he worked with a Home Health Care and Senior Placement company, providing compassionate guidance to families navigating complex care decisions.

In 2018, Stephen founded Golden Living Guidance, Inc., a company dedicated to offering free Senior Placement Services to families. Golden Living Guidance is committed to helping seniors find living arrangements and services that prioritize care, safety, and respect. That same year, Stephen played a pivotal role as Committee Chairperson and Master of Ceremonies for the Alzheimer’s New Jersey Skyland’s Regional Walk, helping raise over $100,000 for Alzheimer’s support and research.

Recognizing the challenges seniors face in understanding Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance options, Stephen launched Fromme Insurance Services, LLC, an independent agency specializing in health insurance, life insurance and social security retirement planning. The agency provides families with tailored solutions for life insurance, disability, long-term care, retirement planning, and affordable health coverage.

Stephen’s commitment to serving the senior community is further demonstrated through his professional achievements. He holds the designations of Certified Senior Advisor® (CSA), Certified Dementia Practitioner® (CDP®) and Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®) reflecting his dedication to excellence in elder care advocacy and education.
