Stephen Fromme graduated from Albright College in 1987 with a B.S. Degree in Finance and Marketing. Upon graduation, Stephen worked for Actuarial Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T. During his tenure at Actuarial Sciences, Stephen worked on Employee Benefit Plans and earned his designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist through the Wharton School of Business.

In 1992, Stephen embarked upon a very successful 20 year mortgage banking career working for several well-known mortgage lenders. During his career in mortgage banking, Stephen was identified as a Distinguished Mortgage Consultant, and twice achieved the distinct honor of President’s Club (one of the top 20 Mortgage Consultants in the nation). During his 20 year career, Stephen helped many families realize their dreams of home ownership.

After his tenure in the mortgage banking industry, Stephen realized his passion in life; advocating for seniors and making a positive impact in helping families. When his grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Stephen quickly became aware of the complexity, the emotional toll, and how overwhelming it was dealing with a loved one who is suffering with Alzheimer’s. In response, Stephen shifted his focus and energy into a new career in the Elder Care Industry, working for a Home Health Care and Senior Placement Company.
